An exciting year ahead...

2017 was a fantastic first full year for the Lifeboat WI, we celebrated our first birthday, our membership doubled in size, we had some excellent guests join us at our monthly meetings and we raised over £500 for our charity of the year, Chestnut Nursery!

2018 is set to be even better, with the usual fabulous array of monthly meetings, but we're also going to offer our members more ways to get involved with the WI including additional outings and fundraising opportunities for the new bereavement support centre at Poole Hospital. In 2018 we will also look at ways we can support the wider National WI resolutions.
